Order Confirmation Process
After placing an order with Tiora, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or a phone call to your active phone number provided during checkout. This confirmation step is 'Mandatory' to process your order.
Important: If your order is not confirmed by responding to our WhatsApp message or if our confirmation call is not answered, your order will be automatically cancelled within [timeframe - e.g., 24 hours].
Shipping Information
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within (2-3) business days after confirmation
- Delivery Areas: We deliver to (All Over Pakistan)
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes [3-7] business days after confirmation
Failed Delivery Policy
Once your order is out for delivery and fails to be received by the customer, you will need to contact us immediately at:

We will arrange to redirect your order to you again at no additional cost after the first failed delivery attempt.
Important Note: If your order fails to be received by the customer 2 times, a third delivery attempt will require the customer to pay additional delivery charges of PKR 200-300 to cover the extra logistics costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp or SMS to monitor your package's progress.
